The roller table forming section of this 1100 partial arc roll forming machine is motor-driven, with chains driving each roller to rotate. In the pressing section, a hydraulic cylinder drives the mold in vertical motion, capable of pressing colored steel into multiple sections with glazed tile profiles. The cutting knife section utilizes hydraulic cylinder drive for vertical movement, enabling precise cutting of colored steel tiles.
